You may have heard me mention (obsess over) a book and website called "Offbeat Bride." It was a huge, huge inspiration for me in planning the wedding. Ariel, the author/webmistress, wrote the memoir/how-to book about her own experience with having a way non-traditional wedding, and how to make that happen. Now on her site, she gathers awesome inspiration from other offbeat brides and showcases them in posts and sometimes full profiles of the weddings. I still check it pretty much every day, even though I'm not planning a wedding anymore. Anyway, once you submit your crazy-go-nuts wedding, it will usually be several months before she can sift through enough submissions to even GET to yours, and then it's only a few that get put up.
Soooooo, what I'm getting at is that it's a BIG EXCITING DEAL for me that she saw shots of my weddin', and is posting them today! Without me even submitting nuthin'. I'm still going to submit my full wedding with all the details for one of the "Wedding Profile" posts, but this so super awesome I can't even explain it.
HERE IT IS
YAAAAAAAAY.
